Job Description

WS Audiology is currently seeking a motivated and resourceful candidate to join our team. You will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to various marketing initiatives regionally across 12 markets in SEA. This internship will provide valuable insights, allowing you to develop your skills while working on projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support and facilitate product marketing and customer service-related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate the implementation of campaigns, launch, events by assisting marketing department. Tasks may include logistics, communications, and promotional materials.
• Support sales team by assisting in all matters of daily operations and customers\' requests.
• Filter emails from product support hotline, marketing hotline as well as customer service inbox. Ensure that queries are replied or forwarded to the relevant person in charge.
• Prepare vendor creations and PR/PO processes.
• Collaborate with team to generate ideas for marketing campaigns and content.
• Source for and liaise with vendors / agencies according to the marketing needs.
• Assist in design or adaptation of marketing collaterals when required.
