As the Sales & Marketing Lead for a new business, you will drive the end-to-end design and implementation of all eCommerce sales marketing initiatives to maximise value capture. This may include but is not limited to omni-channel marketing, membership acquisition programmes (physical / digital), promotional initiatives, activations and various digital marketing experimentations.

You will work in a dynamic environment which promotes innovation and have extensive opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams for co-creation and operationalization. You will also be required to venture beyond your immediate roles and responsibilities to co-support the team\'s broader mission as and when required.

To excel in this role, you will have to be a goal-getter and strong team player. You should possess strong product marketing expertise and sales and marketing acumen. You will need to be highly creative, be able to multi-task and is comfortable with a fast-paced, ROI-based environment.

At the functional level, you will be involved in the following:

  • 360 Sales & Marketing Planning: Develop and implement 360 sales & marketing strategies that align with our mission of growing iShopChangi\'s non-traveller spend, considering both short-term goals and long-term aspirations.
  • Ambiguous Problem Solving: Identify market trends, consumer behaviours, and emerging opportunities. Find creative solutions to complex challenges that push the boundaries of traditional marketing. Embrace uncertainty as a catalyst for innovation
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Manage internal stakeholders\' engagement, buy-In & collaboration. Leverage your adaptability to foster collaborative relationships
  • Experimentation: Develop and execute experimental marketing campaigns that challenge the status quo and push the envelope to drive topline performance and maximise ROI. Embrace the unknown and leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to uncover untapped niches, evolving customer preferences, and competitive trends
  • Data analysis and segmentation for purpose of sharper marketing targeting. You should be fluent in using Business Intelligence Software, Excel or equivalent to analysis performance of your marketing efforts. You will be supported by specialist teams such as Data Analysts for complex data mining and visualization.

Requirements:
  • Degree Holder with 6 - 10 years of sales & marketing experience, with at least 2 years in eCommerce and / product marketing.
  • Exposure in retail (offline / online) businesses or eCommerce will be a plus.
  • Team leadership is a must.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Fluency in management reporting & presentation preparation
  • Strong industry networks and contacts
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Proven track records in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Enthusiasm for tackling challenges head-on and driving innovation.
  • Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced and changing landscape.
