We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts for HR and professional services. In this role, you will drive business growth, manage the sales team, and execute marketing initiatives to expand our corporate and public sector client base. You will also identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships to support workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support
Analyze market trends and client needs to identify growth opportunities
Participate in and secure government and corporate tenders
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote professional services
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives
Prepare and present sales and marketing performance reports to management
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership and team motivation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and client requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media marketing
