Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems developing solutions preparing reports making recommendations to management . Maintaining necessary data and records for future reference. Marketing . Plan marketing and branding objectives for all assigned Hyphens products. . Conduct product trainings to sales team. . Manages the day to day marketing activities of the products and long term marketing strategy for the company. . Developing and implementing strategic and tactical, launch/ promotional plan. . Engaging KOLs in market research for product feedbacks and meetings. . Manage the logistics of marketing-related activities such as congresses, CME talks, etc. . Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff. . Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. . Prepare and adhere to budgets. . Ensure brand messages are consistent. . Gather and analyze customer insight. . Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share. . Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities. . Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader. . Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department. . Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. . Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. Finance . Financial management of the marketing programs including budget planning, resource allocation and preparation of quarterly reports. HR . Ensure effective team communication throughout the marketing department through the application of suitable reporting systems and structures and the identification and provision of appropriate training. . Conduct product presentations to hospital and restructured hospital department. . Provide medical knowledge support to sales representatives/team . Communicating company cultures, vision, mission and values of company to the team. . Enforcing HR policies, procedures and practices to the team. . Leadership capability and managing of team. . Develop training and development plan for growth of individual. Key Opinion Leaders . Nurture KOLs and develop speakers among them. RA/Compliance . To work with Regional RA personnel to ensure compliance. Requirements Education and Experience . Bachelor degree in Marketing/Corp Communication and/or equivalent. . Min. 10 years experience in Pharmaceuticals industry . Strong analytical and project management skills. . Confident and dynamic personality. . Strong creative outlook and ideas. . Good Corp Communication skills. . Good product knowledge in similar and/or relevant industry (Derms & Aesthetics market). . Outgoing with pleasant personality. Personal Competencies .
