Trainee will identify and coordinate market research to develop the marketing functions and mailing lists of potential customer database in line with current and future projects. Trainee will also learn to analyze the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generate monthly reports on the marketing portfolio 2. Trainee will identify new methods and channels, including advertising for promoting the company and gaining brand awareness and exposure and help plan traditional and digital advertising, including placement, cost and design. Trainee will also participate in developing, reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets 3. Trainee will implement innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction and learn to be able to cross-sell and upsell the various services and items available. Trainee will also identify sales and marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements, then engage with key stakeholders in relation to sales and marketing functions. 4. Trainee will develop and manage key relationships with key customers. Trainee will also provide the full suite of customer service and resolve all complaints and dissatisfactions, while maintaining customer relationship and exercise customer retention techniques Technical Skills and Competencies 1. Researching and Reporting, to be able to research market trends and statistics and compile them into usuable comparable data 2. Copywriting and media presence, to attract customers with simple and clear yet eyecatching sentences and descriptions 3. Prospecting, generating leads and cross-selling, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. 4.
