Job Description
Wecom is a pioneering market leader in Singapore for fiberglass pipes, valve repair and pump servicing. Our market presence covers Singapore and the Asia Pacific Region.
In this growth and development phase, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for expanding our market shares in local and beyond the regions.
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be part of the company management team, and will report directly to the Managing Director.
The Sales & Marketing Manager\xe2\x80\x99s key responsibilities will be :
- To ensure sales growth on core products and markets to develop sales to new segments
- To manage the day-to-day activities in both external and internal sales
- To develop strong relationships with key clients to ensure that the company is specified in all major fiberglass piping projects within its market presence
- To improve service levels and ensure that the company is seen as the preferred fiberglass/valve partner within its market presence
- To promote the company through exhibitions, seminars, advertising and factory visits.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies and plans in accordance to the overall business and profit objectives
The successful candidate should have :
- A technical education combined with a strong commercial background
