Supervise the day-to-day sales and marketing activities of center.
Develop and implement sales plans.
Work closely with the team to drive sales to meet monthly/quarterly target
Managing walk-in appointments customers
Develop marketing strategies and initiatives.
Assist in marketing tasks such as EDM, Brand and Awareness, newsletters and communications.
Assist in preparation of marketing materials.
Building on customer engagement initiatives and implement improvements that can be made to optimise both sales and customer experience
Develop and implement new sales strategies and new sales channels to capture key demographics
Provide feedback to team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including operations, merchandising, marketing, retail, ecommerce, and management to meet sales performance objectives
Requirements:
At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
A diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields
Previous experience with beauty, wellness, and retail industries are a big plus
Initiative and sales oriented
Good communication skills.
