Company Overview:

We are a carpentry and interior design firm with our own production factory, specializing in custom furniture, renovation, and fit-out works. We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and tailored solutions to residential and commercial clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Attend to customer inquiries and provide professional consultation on carpentry and renovation needs. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and design ideas to clients. Follow up closely on leads, quotations, and project conversions. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Marketing & Branding

Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to generate qualified leads. Manage social media platforms, website updates, and online advertising to increase visibility. Coordinate photoshoots, project showcases, and marketing content with the design and production teams. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for better results.

Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure client expectations are met. Track sales progress, report performance, and provide market insights to management. Maintain updated records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably in interior design, renovation, or carpentry industry). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused. Basic knowledge of design and renovation processes is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, or social media marketing tools. * Possession of a valid driving license is a plus.
