Content Creator & Sales Executive

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, handling walk-in customers, and ensuring excellent after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (photos, videos, posters, etc.) to promote furniture products. Handle walk-in customers and provide professional sales assistance. Follow up with customers to ensure orders are fulfilled and satisfaction is achieved. Edit short videos and posters for marketing campaigns using simple editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar). Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is attractive and customer-ready. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support promotions and product launches. Address customer issues and inquiries promptly and professionally. * Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and improve the overall customer experience.
