As a Sales Merchandiser at Heritage Food Ventures Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring effective product placement and visibility on existing key customers. This is a full-time role that will see you working closely with key account manager to optimise in-store promotion and enhance the customer experience.
What you'll be doing:
Conducting regular store visits to monitor product stock levels, ensure optimal shelf placement and merchandising standards
Collaborating with store managers to develop and implement tailored sales and promotional strategies
Gathering and analysing in-store data to identify sales trends and opportunities for improvement
Maintaining accurate records and providing detailed reports on store performance
Participating in trade shows, events and other marketing initiatives to promote the company's products
Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with store personnel
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a sales merchandiser or in a similar retail/FMCG role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
