Responsible for contributing to achieving sales targets established for his/her team

Achieve sales team target set by month.
Ensure that customers are aware and updated on full range of products available.
Sell in consumer/trade promotions and offer pricing planned for the specific period.
Recommend orders by SKU to store manager based on stock replenishment, promotions for that week/month and delivery date.
Submit orders to Sales Admin.
Negotiate and secure prominent display areas and additional space if possible
Provide regular feedback on competitive activities, promotions and new products in the market.
Build rapport with store personnel, manager, supervisor, floor staff and stackers.
Handle customer complaints and requests. Escalate to Sales Manager if problem persist

Responsible for achieving merchandising standards set

Maintain display space in all stores location assigned to him/her.
Ensure that display space are fully stocked and replenished.
Ensure accurate pricing communicate on all our products.
Display POSM (point of sales materials) to ensure maximum visibility in-store.
5 days work week
Energetic, physically fit, fast worker, sales oriented, resourceful and independent
Candidate must possess at least GCE \'O\' Level or equivalent.
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must have strong interpersonal skill and be able to interact with all levels.
Possess initiative, self-motivated, articulate and results- oriented.
Team player with strong negotiation skill.
