Job Description
- Managing customer relationships at store level. Working with store manager, section/category leader to grow sales, assist with putting in orders, execute campaigns/promotions.
- Ensure stocks at assigned stores are kept at optimum, ensuring no out of stocks situations, minimizing product return and expiry, monitoring storeroom stocks.
- Managing display at each store to grow product facings and planogram, to ensure products are displayed neatly, with first in-first out principle to manage expiry/product lifecycle, sourcing for best display deal at each store to grow.
- Sourcing and negotiating the best deals with the store team to get excellent displays, getting store to order products and store level campaign/promo opportunities.
- Executing in-store campaigns and promotions by ensuring store participation, displaying the correct price and promotion, managing in store materials.
- Assist Sales team with data collection from store level, competitor information collection, retailer intel and store level information.
- Complete weekly report of store level activities and information and share with Sales team for further analysis and decision making.
- Ad Hoc duties (e.g. events and roadshows) as and when required.
