Managing customer relationships at store level. Working with store manager, section/category leader to grow sales, assist with putting in orders, execute campaigns/promotions.
Ensure stocks at assigned stores are kept at optimum, ensuring no out of stocks situations, minimizing product return and expiry, monitoring storeroom stocks.
Managing display at each store to grow product facings and planogram, to ensure products are displayed neatly, with first in-first out principle to manage expiry/product lifecycle, sourcing for best display deal at each store to grow.
Sourcing and negotiating the best deals with the store team to get excellent displays, getting store to order products and store level campaign/promo opportunities.
Executing in-store campaigns and promotions by ensuring store participation, displaying the correct price and promotion, managing in store materials.
Assist Sales team with data collection from store level, competitor information collection, retailer intel and store level information.
Complete weekly report of store level activities and information and share with Sales team for further analysis and decision making.
Ad Hoc duties (e.g. events and roadshows) as and when required.
