Sales Officer
Job Description
- Team-up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service- Build productive trust relationships with customers- Filing of documents and encoding in the system for proper monitoring- Management of petty cash fund inside the branch- Release of clients loans- Checking the compliance of loan release documents- Strategize sales approach to effectively bring in new clients- Strategize marketing approach to effectively bring in new Loan Consultants- Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clientele, sourcing new customers and maintaining and building productive ling-term relationships with existing customers.- Recruitment of Loan Consultants- Reports to management on progress and issues within the branch.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Banking/Financing: 1 year (Preferred)
- 25% (Preferred)
