  • Facilitates the implementation and support of Accounting Software to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend solutions to meet the client's needs
  • Responsible primarily for successful implementation of the said software, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients.
  • Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, and other related field.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP, ABSS, Quickbooks, Sage 50, POS or any accointing software is an advantage
  • Open for fresh graduates
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
  • Must be an effective problem solver
  • Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork
