Job Description

We are SaaS Ventures Inc, a start-up company that aims to make the world smarter thru technology. We are looking for a Sales Manager who has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, and excels at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals for startup products and technologies.Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings/services.
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
• Generate leads and establish and nurture client relationships.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• Ensure that company quotas and standards are met by holding check-ins with sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts

Primary Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 6 months to 1 year experience in managing the Sales Department.

• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

• Experience in customer relationship management.

• Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthBenefits:

Supplemental Pay:
