We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Administrator to support our sales team with critical administrative functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy of sales data, maintaining the sales order book, and managing invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the
sales order book
to ensure accurate and real-time sales tracking.
Prepare, process, and follow up on
sales invoices
in a timely manner.
Track and update
sales performance reports
regularly.
Support the sales team with data entry, order processing, and other administrative tasks.
Coordinate with finance and logistics departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and billing.
Assist with the preparation of sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and customer requirements.
Respond to internal and external queries regarding orders and invoicing.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
Proven experience in a sales support, operations, or administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or similar)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
