Job Description
Sales Operation Executive is reponsible to manage sales, operation and reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Manage group sales and ensure timely execution of processes.
- Handle quotations, correspondence, faxes, SOP, and sales inquiries.
- Update GRN and submit to Finance Department for payment.
- Create purchase orders for stock ordering and inter-department requisitions.
- Generate reports for the department (purchases, sales, stock orders, etc.).
- Provide rebate payout information and sales report to relevant deparment.
- Authorize purchase orders, claim instruction forms, return notes, and credit instruction forms when Manager is unavailable.
- Improve operational procedures to enhance collaboration between departments.
- Diploma in business or any relevant discipline
- Experience with SAP (MM) is preferred
