RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes.
Manage sales operations tasks such as data analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with sales representatives, marketing teams, and other departments to streamline processes and help meet sales targets.
Address customer inquiries and requests related to orders, providing timely and accurate responses.
Manage payment queries, negotiate payment plans, ensure timely payments, and enhance the payment collection process
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in any field.
Able to handle mul ple en es with collaborate with the team members.
Strong communica on and interpersonal skills are required for dealing with a cross func onal team.
Knowledge in Oracle & QuickBooks would be advantageous.
Need to 2 languages when we work(Korean, English) and Chinese(option)
