Key Responsibilities
Maintain and audit CRM data for accuracy and efficiency
Generate reports, dashboards, and forecasts for sales leadership
Identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel and suggest improvements
Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive tracking
Collaborate with finance, marketing and tech teams
What You Bring and Gain
1-3 years in sales operations, data analytics or revenue roles
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, dashboards, etc.)
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRMs
Analytical thinker with process-oriented mindset
Pathway into Revenue Operations, FP&A or Sales Strategy roles
