Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and be responsible for all wholesale cars from PML and VAL trade-in cars at 303/305 Alexandra
• Responsible for arranging with drivers for sending wholesale cars to various locations.
• Responsible for ensuring wholesale cars are sent to various locations via drivers or trailers.
• Responsible for ensuring wholesale cars sent to various locations are determined/prioritized based on Parf drop, aging.
• Responsible for ensuring road tax is valid and STA inspection is done, if necessary.
• Responsible for providing car movement, car status report to the superior
• Responsible for monthly stocktake, audit requirements.
• Managing movement to locations for wholesale cars trade in by PML/VAL.
• Fuel refilling (at minimum) if the fuel gauge is too low to be driven.
• Updates on wholesale car locations.
• Support the smooth and efficient operation of parking, drivers.
• Coordinate with the wholesale operation and the admin team on wholesale car movement
• Coordinate with the appraisal team for any missing items.
• Assist in stock take, any audit requirements, renewals, if needed
• Maintain the accuracy of vehicle location updates
• Ensure accurate number plate ordering
