Sales & Operations Executive

MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions)

industry.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-energy settings, enjoys client engagement, and has a passion for seamless execution--no matter the hour or location.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and generate new business opportunities Develop and pitch customized proposals to corporate clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry networking events

Operations & Event Execution

Oversee logistics and coordinate with vendors and suppliers Manage event budgets, timelines, contracts, and deliverables Provide real-time support during live events (including evenings and weekends, if required) Ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard

Qualifications

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in events, MICE, or hospitality (

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

) Proven experience in sales or client servicing roles Strong multitasking and organisational skills Comfortable working across time zones and under tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication in

English and Mandarin

to handle mandarin speaking clients. Proficiency in other languages are a plus. Positive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure
