Our client is a leading serviced office and co-working space provider, offering flexible, modern, and professional workspaces. As Sales & Operations Manager, you will play a dual role -- leading sales efforts to grow occupancy and revenue, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the co-working and serviced office facilities.
Job Highlights
Location: Multiple Locations Working Hours: 8.45am to 6.15pm Working Days: 5-days Annual Bonus: Subject to individual performance
Develop and execute sales strategies Generate leads through networking, outreach and collaboration Report on sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed Oversee operations aspects a few co-working spaces Conducting sales viewings leading to closure Responsible for co-working space occupancy
Job Requirements
Able to conduct sales successfully Able to be adaptable to fast changing environment Responsible and accountable Min 1 year of working experience
