Adecco is partnering our client, a well-known US Tech MNC (specializing in advertising and social media services).
The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with our client, a top tech MNC, to find a Business Operations Analyst.
• The ideal candidate would have experience in both sales operations and analytics reporting.
• This role will begin as a contractual assignment.
• Candidates who are immediately available or can start within a short notice will be preferred.

The Talent

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business, or sales operations, with a preference for experience in the Asia-Pacific region
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide actionable business insights from complex data sets
• Demonstrated experience in driving end-to-end strategy and implementation, including influencing senior stakeholder buy-in
• High proficiency in Google Suites (data modeling in spreadsheets, data visualization in Google Slides) preferred
• Fluency in SQL, with the ability to query and analyze independently from multiple data sources
• Strong communication skills

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will support key sales teams by producing data-centered narratives and driving efficient operations across Sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct impactful analyses on major revenue, product, vertical, productivity, efficiency, market opportunity data and trends, and lead communication of these insights.
• Create and maintain automated dashboards, workflows, and tools that enable efficient business actions.
• Design and execute standard operational processes, while managing project plans to support key stakeholder requests.
• Develop and solve strategic questions around business opportunities and risks within the region.
• 50% of your time will be focused on analytics - BAU reporting
• 50% will be dedicated to operations and process management, including handling operational tasks, resolving data or tooling issues, and ensuring operational excellence.
