SALES ORDER PROCESSING SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Sales order processing for the dealers in different countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Brunei, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, and Laos
• Monitor order status, communicating any issues to dealers and internal salesperson
• Handle and manage customer's requirements on their orders.
• Coordinate shipments or collection from warehouse for dealers
• Liaise with logistics team / quality team for faulty / damaged equipment
• Monitoring to ensure prompt payment from dealers
• Allocate and tally payment received
• Provide and highlight losses or low margins to Sales team or higher management.
• Work with Sales team on forecasting of stocks for APAC Hub and liaising with logistics team.

Qualifications:
WHAT'S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

• 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative support in a sales or logistics department.
• A team player with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, both in the office and warehouse.
• Order processing and invoicing experience
• Demonstrated excellent level of customer service in the area of work
• Proactive, Good multitasking & time management skills
