:
1) Lead and Manage the full Sales Planning and Reporting process (incl. Production, Wholesale, Retail, Order intake & Stock management)
Lead the Sales Planning Process with Central Sales Operations and the Regional team (incl. monthly ROPS plans) and coordination of the sub hubs into the plans
Take the sales lead in incorporating the Sales Funnel Management into the derivation of sales plans and steering of sales success
Manage monthly derivation, collection and analysis of Bentley Luxury Segment (BLS) data
Lead the definition of Long Range Sales Planning (Planning rounds, retailer targets etc.)
Lead and steer the annual Business Plan Retailer Target inputs as well as quarterly reviews from a Sales perspective
Manage the volume allocation process in conjunction with Central and all members of the Regional Team responsible through order management
Take responsibility for the monthly, regional Sales & Stock Reporting (SSR) process
Planning of launch car and limited edition volumes
