Job Description
Responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in customers and provide good customer service. Promote and upsell bakery products to customers. Assist in display and replenishment of bakery items. Handle cashiering and POS duties. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store. Assist in stock taking and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least 3 year of relevant working experience. Prior experience in retail, customer service, or F&B environment will be an added advantage. Excellent customer service skills and sales-oriented mindset. Strong motivation to achieve sales targets. Able to work retail hours, rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
