A DAY IN THE LIFE: Sales Rep II, Neurovascular Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Promotes and sells Medtronic's surgical products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals. Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services. Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services. Conducts market research including customers and competitors' activities. Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed. Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing. Conducts on-site education and/or consulting Must Have: Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree required Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services Your vaccination status shall be collected during the interview and selection process referencing and in line with the Safe Management Measures at the workplace stipulated by the Ministry of Manpower Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline. Possess at least 2 to 3 years Sales experience within the Medical Device industry. Some experience in interventional radiology / neurovascular would be an asset Experience working in operating theatre / cath lab Proven record of sales achievement Able to work independently with general supervision. Experience in cross functional working in a matrix organization is an added advantage. Some experience in interventional radiology / neurovascular would be an asset.
