Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calls, email outreach, and networking events.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet those needs.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay informed about industry trends and product offerings.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

- Provide excellent customer support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

- Proven experience in sales or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport with customers and work in a team-oriented environment.

- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
