Job Scope \xc2\xb7 Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date. \xc2\xb7 Analyse Facebook Post Engagement using social media tools \xc2\xb7 Assist the company in a few various current or upcoming projects for the campaigning so increase the company and brand awareness. \xc2\xb7 Assisting customers with their queries and going beyond the extra mile when required to create a customer-centric branding image. \xc2\xb7 Be involved from the start to end of each social media campaign lifecycle, including communicating with clients \xc2\xb7 Boost efficacy of social media presence. \xc2\xb7 Brainstorm and develop new growth strategies through identifying the latest and upcoming trends in the market \xc2\xb7 Brainstorm ideas on how to improve public opinion of the company. \xc2\xb7 Conceptualize creative advertisements that appeal to customers \xc2\xb7 Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures \xc2\xb7 Create social media proposals with the latest social media best practices and results-oriented strategies \xc2\xb7 Creating dynamic written, graphic, and video content working with various types of software for digital marketing, including Canva, Video Editing, PPT \xc2\xb7 Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques. \xc2\xb7 Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns in relation to company KPI \xc2\xb7 Individually managed online e-commerce platform for the marketing of the relevant products. \xc2\xb7 Plan and execute social media, out of home advertising campaigns and Generate reports for social media analytics, plan for the marketing and event budgets. \xc2\xb7 Plan, design and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media presences, EDMs, and marketing campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Proposing and implementing new business initiatives \xc2\xb7 Responsible for social media management (including brainstorming on content direction / overarching strategy, budgeting, proof reading copy and creatives.) \xc2\xb7 Social media marketing on a daily basis. \xc2\xb7 To retain and grow the portfolio in order to achieve the renewal revenue target Requirement: \xc2\xb7 Analytical, detail-oriented, and conscientious \xc2\xb7 Professional and timely communication is a necessary trait for this position. \xc2\xb7 Creative thinking skill and analytical mindset are needed. \xc2\xb7 You\xe2\x80\x99ll be creating everything from webpage copy to social media posts for clients. A strong desire to create and innovate content is necessary. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrates critical thinking and good problem-solving skills \xc2\xb7 Diploma or Degree in Communications/Marketing/Management or related fields \xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal communication and writing skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent, up-to-date knowledge of major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and so on. \xc2\xb7 Experience in understanding and measuring social media KPIs and performance metrics \xc2\xb7 Facebook blueprint certification is advantageous \xc2\xb7 Fluent in English and have strong communication and presentation ski \xc2\xb7 Has some understanding of privacy and data related requirements in accordance to local markets\xe2\x80\x99 laws and regulations \xc2\xb7 Have a strong understanding of marketing trends, tools and customer profile \xc2\xb7 \xe2\x80\xafAbility to research content topics and target keywords based on organisation\xe2\x80\x99 unique selling propositions and business focus. Having a pulse on education to shape young minds and a desire to produce the most-timely and engaging work is required. \xc2\xb7 Knowledgeable in organic social media content strategies to achieve reach, awareness, and other measurable metrics \xc2\xb7 You\xe2\x80\x99ll produce marketing assets for several programmes/initiatives, keeping yourself and your tasks organised are essential. \xc2\xb7 Prior experience and competence in Facebook advertising is a plus \xc2\xb7 Prior experience in agency would be advantageous \xc2\xb7 Strong software skills: Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Mac OS; along with a strong understanding of all social media platforms. \xc2\xb7 Understand the digital marketing concepts and best practices.
