Job title: Sales Representative

Report to: Sales Manager (Singapore and Brunei)

Territory: Singapore

Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Sales

Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned territories. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Conduct regular sales analysis to understand trends and identify opportunities. Prepare accurate sales and inventory forecasts for the assigned regions. Conduct regular visits to hospitals and healthcare professionals to promote Asahi products directly. Prepare quotations and tender documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

2) Marketing

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for existing and new products. Conduct sales and product training sessions for Asahi staff and distributors. Perform market surveys, product evaluations, and gather competitor intelligence and customer feedback for continuous product improvement. Manage and respond to product complaints professionally and efficiently. Plan and organize promotional activities such as workshops, product presentations, trade exhibitions, and hands-on product training sessions.

3) Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Identify and report business opportunities in target markets. Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs Specialist to ensure compliance and qualification of new products. Work closely with the GHQ Marketing team and align on product launches and promotional initiatives. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper management of product samples, marketing materials, and promotional funds. Perform any other duties as assigned by your manager.

Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,500.00 per month
