You'll be joining a
dynamic team of Key Account Executives
who work closely with interior design firms and renovation specialists to deliver smarter, longer-lasting solutions.
Who We're Looking For
A bubbly and motivated individual with strong people skills* Experienced in engaging customers and managing relationships* Background in interior design, renovation, or related industry is a bonus* Confident communicator with a positive, energetic personality* Comfortable using digital tools such as Shopify, HubSpot, Canva, etc.* Experience in sales and digital marketing is a plus* English and Chinese speakers preferred* Class 3 or Class 3A driving license with own vehicle is an advantage (not mandatory)*
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day work will involve building lasting relationships and helping clients bring design ideas to life through Excel's hardware systems.
Make Appointments & Arrange Sales Visits
Meet interior designers and renovation firms to understand project needs and introduce relevant products.
Drive Business Relationships
Build trust with clients through consistent follow-ups, tailored proposals, and professional presentation.
Support Product Launches & Campaigns
Be the key contact during new launches -- introduce new solutions, share technical knowledge, and manage samples.
Facilitate Strategic Rollouts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives across accounts.
Plan Customised Promotions
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions tailored to the specific goals and needs of each account.
Deliver After-Sales Support
Provide prompt follow-up, address client concerns, and ensure total satisfaction from start to finish.
Manage Account Payments & Renewals
Coordinate with finance and admin teams to handle client renewals, invoices, and payment tracking.
