We are seeking an energetic, driven, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and driving sales to meet company targets. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product or service presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of the offerings.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Negotiation: Handle & address objections, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
Customer Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and customers to close deals and foster long-term business relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma and/or above
English and Mandarin are an essential
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
