Sales Representative
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (SGT)
Location:
Remote / Hybrid
Compensation:
Base pay + attractive commission (5-10%) -- potential to earn
five figures monthly
as deals closed are high-ticket service packages
We're looking for someone who knows how to close--confidently, smartly, and with heart.
You'll work closely with our founder and business development team, taking ownership of the full sales cycle--from first discovery call to signed deal.
If you've done high-ticket sales before, know how to connect with clients, and can confidently turn interest into long-term relationships, this role is for you.
THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO:
Lead the full sales process: discovery, pitching, proposal, and closing
Build strong relationships with prospects and clients
Confidently present Trident's services and demonstrate real business value
Handle objections with calm and strategic follow-through
Contribute directly to the company's growth by closing high-value clients
YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU:
Have
proven experience in high-ticket sales
(especially in service-based businesses)
Can communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically
Are fluent in English (spoken and written)
Are driven, proactive, and goal-oriented--you don't just meet targets, you aim to exceed them
Are professional, resilient, and comfortable in client-facing conversations
Love connecting with people and helping them make confident decisions
