The ROSA Sales Specialist provides specialist knowledge, clinical support, and account management for the ROSA system by aligning with key stakeholders, including orthopaedic surgeons, hospital administrators, customer facility staff, and Recon sales teams, to identify potential new target accounts, drive successful account onboarding and system utilisation with the ROSA(TM) Recon Platform.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Sales and Business Development
Drive adoption of the ROSA Robotic Surgical System across Singapore hospitals and surgical centers, supporting achievement of revenue targets and utilization metrics
Execute territory sales plans in collaboration with the Country Manager to maximize market penetration
Conduct product demonstrations for surgeons and hospital decision-makers, showcasing clinical and economic value
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding use within existing accounts
Maintain detailed records in Salesforce.com for all sales activities, opportunities, surgical cases, and customer interactions
Collaborate with the Technology Solution Specialist to integrate ZBEdge digital platforms
Clinical Support and Operating Theatre Excellence
Provide case support in the operating theatre, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal system performance
Assist surgeons and nursing staff with ROSA instruments, system functionality, and surgical techniques
Deliver training to hospital staff and surgical teams on system operations, workflow integration, and best practices
Manage case portal submissions with accuracy and completeness
Work with Recon Technical and Distribution Services Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of instruments and equipment
ROSA Imageless Case Planning and Coordination
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, hospital administrators, and key stakeholders
Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders to support clinical adoption and peer education
Engage surgeons post-operatively to review results, gather feedback, and ensure continued satisfaction
Develop strategic relationships with radiology departments to facilitate smooth case planning workflows
Key Opinion Leader Development and Customer Engagement
Participate in marketing initiatives, medical congresses, workshops, and educational events
Conduct product training sessions for healthcare professionals
Stay current on clinical literature, surgical techniques, robotic surgery advancements, and competitive landscape
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning sessions
Collaborate with marketing, clinical, operations, and regional teams

Collaboration, Administration, and Professional Development
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, cross-functional team meetings, and strategic planning sessions as required
Collaborate effectively with marketing, clinical, operations, regional teams, and the ROSA Planning Centre to align strategies, share best practices, and drive collective success
Maintain meticulous records and documentation of all ROSA cases, case planning activities, imaging collections, and timeline management in Salesforce.com
Travel within Singapore for case support, customer engagement, and scan collection
Provide on-call support after hours and weekends for urgent clinical cases or customer needs
Work closely with ZBI Coordinator - ROSA to ensure Medical Education programs are executed effectively

Your Background

Degree or Diploma in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Radiology, Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum three to five years of successful sales experience in medical devices, with preference for orthopaedic implants, surgical robotics, or capital equipment sales to hospitals
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving product adoption in complex healthcare environments
Experience providing clinical support in operating theatre environments
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and healthcare decision-makers
Strong organizational skills with experience managing workflows, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital health solutions, data analytics platforms, or connected healthcare technologies
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar customer relationship management platforms
Understanding of surgical case planning processes and pre-operative preparation workflows
Knowledge of orthopaedic surgical procedures, particularly knee and hip arthroplasty
Travel Expectations
