Master Digital is a fast-growing web design and digital services agency. We've completed over 400+ websites and are on a mission to help businesses grow online. We're looking for a motivated
Sales Representative
to join our team in-office, handle inbound leads, cold reach outs and close sales for our website design packages.Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads from WhatsApp, email, and social media. Qualify prospects and present suitable website packages. Follow up with pending leads and close deals confidently. Conduct occasional online calls (Zoom/Google Meet) with prospects. Keep accurate lead tracking in CRM. Coordinate with the project manager for smooth client handovers. Provide weekly updates on sales progress.
Requirements
Minimum 2 year of experience in sales or customer service. Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus). Comfortable handling clients via WhatsApp, calls, and online meetings. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive in following up leads. Basic knowledge of digital or IT services is an advantage.
Compensation
Base Salary + Commission
of every project closed Average performers earn $2,700/month; strong performers $3,000+.Work Schedule
Monday - Friday:
9 AM - 6 PM (at the office).Saturday:
9 AM - 3 PM (standby on phone for inquiries).Why Join Us?
