As a Sales Representatives ,You will be Responsible for driving Recruitment efforts while also actively seeking new business opportunities to expand our Client base,You will play a Important role in building and maintaining relationships with Clients,Ensuring a seamless recruitment process for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Identify, cultivate and develop new business opportunities within target industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted and strategic partner for thei recruitment needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop customized recruitment solutions to meet their needs.
Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct screening to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing necessary support throughout the process.
Negotiate terms of employment and facilitate the offer process, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Certified in CEI / KAH is a must.
Proven experience Employment agency business development, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through client acquisition and retention.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
