Job Description
We're Hiring: Sales Representative (Maid Industry)
Work Location: Near Boon Keng MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM & Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Rest Days: 6 days off per month (5.5-day work week)
Salary:
Basic: $2,500 - $3,500 with Attractive Commission Scheme
13th Month Bonus
Annual Leave: Starts from 7 days
Public Holidays Off
Probation Period: 3 months (Salary increment upon good performance)
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with overseas Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) suppliers
Screen and interview FDW candidates
Complete and publish candidate profiles
Handle customer inquiries and walk-ins
Arrange and facilitate interviews between employers and FDW candidates
Provide after-sales support and assist with customer issues
Submit Work Permit applications and perform relevant admin duties
Ensure excellent customer service and smooth placement process
? Requirements:
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Mandarin / Bahasa Indonesia / Malay (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers & Indonesian maid)
Proactive, customer-oriented, and detail-minded
Possession of CEI (Basic) certificate is an advantage
Prior experience in the maid / FDW industry will be a strong plus
