Manage and grow sales in assigned supermarkets, retail stores, and pharmacies
Ensure product availability, visibility, and stock levels on shelves
Negotiate for shelf space, displays, and in-store promotional placements
Execute and monitor competitor trade promotions and merchandising activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and buyers
Track competitor pricing, promotions, and market activities
Ensure planogram compliance and attractive product displays
Educate store staff on product features and selling points

Requirements:
GCE 'O' Level
1-3 years' sales experience in FMCG /Retail environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven,and able to work independently
* Willing to travel to assigned outlets
