Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and related documents.
Coordinate with the assistant, Operations and Workshop Departments, third-party contractors, and customers.
Ensure timely quotation submission and proper documentation before delivery.
Liaise with customers to address quotation, requirement, or delivery issues.
Lead the assistant in updating information, verifying documents, and managing delivery schedules.
Conduct checks to confirm equipment receipt and report feedback to Operations.
Investigate customer complaints on transport, documentation, or missing items.
Review supplier quotations and verify purchase orders before approval.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role or industry.
Meticulous and well-organized, with strong coordination and multitasking skills.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle.
