Sales Representative, Bestminds Academy

Bestminds Academy is a fast-growing Singapore tuition brand for Primary 5, Primary 6, and Sec 1 Science. Parents reach out daily. We need a proactive closer who follows up, nurtures trust, and turns warm enquiries into happy, long-term enrollments.

What you will do

Convert incoming leads from WhatsApp, calls, email, website forms, and TikTok Live.


Follow up fast, track every touchpoint, and keep conversations warm.


Understand parent concerns, recommend the right class plan, and secure sign-ups.


Maintain clean CRM notes and simple weekly reports.


Coordinate trial lessons and post-trial conversions.

What makes you a fit

You love the chase, you respect the follow up, and you close politely.


Clear, friendly communicator on text, voice notes, and calls.


Organised, consistent, and calm under time pressure.


Comfortable working evenings or weekends when parents are free.


Fluent in English. Conversational Mandarin or Malay is a plus.


Experience in sales or customer success is preferred, education sector is a bonus.
