Your Role
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with
interior designers, architects, and contractors
.
Proactively follow up on leads and referrals to convert prospects into clients.
Deliver engaging product presentations and training to influence buying decisions.
Track sales trends and competitor activity, recommending effective strategies.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
Represent Catalyste at
trade fairs, design exhibitions, and networking events
.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.
Support showroom consultations when needed.
You Bring
Diploma/Degree preferred;
3+ years of B2B sales
experience.
Passion for
interior design, architecture, or materials
-- experience in interior surfaces or related fields is a plus.
Proactive, results-oriented, and confident in client-facing roles.
Strong communicator and team player.
This position requires a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for regular client visits.
Candidates with greater experience will be evaluated for consideration in a
Senior Executive role
