Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Strong Selling skills for packaging products
- Develop and coordinate company sales and marketing functions to identify and develop new customers.
- Research and develop strategies and plans on marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new product development.
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results.
- Participate in the development of new project proposals.
- Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Additional Functions:
- Lead by Example (Ability to show Leadership skills).
- Good Knowledge in packaging or printing products
- Proven and capable account management skill set.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in local printing/packaging industry.
- Good business acumen, resourceful and result oriented.
- Good team player and has the ability to multi-task.
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma, or bachelor\'s degree or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in West of Singapore.
