Position: Commercial Executive

Location: Singapore

Reports To: Commercial Manager - Tank Division Container

Position: Sales Executive - Tank Container Division

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and liaise with customers on RFQs and service requirements. Acquires sales and initiate business development initiatives. Respond to and resolve internal and external customer queries, complaints, and other communications via phone and email promptly. Monitor and follow up on status updates, escalating critical issues to the Commercial Manager when necessary. Perform data entry and maintain accurate and organized filing of customer records within inhouse CRM system. Prepare and handle daily documentation, such as contracts and quotations, and generate reports as required. Manage and process sales transactions effectively and in a timely manner. Assist with documentation and daily operations in accordance with standard operating procedures. When required, support with AR (accounts receivables) collection Support with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Preferably 2 years of sales/customer service or operations experience, preferably in the chemical logistics/isotank container sector Fresh graduates (degree/diploma) are welcome to apply Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, enthusiastic and highly self-motivated Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Able to multitask and prioritize with strong organizational skills. Ability to accept constructive criticism with a positive attitude and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Demonstrates emotional resilience, openness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
