The opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our growing team at OUTLINES-X PTE LTD'. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our store in the Geylang East Central Region.

Key responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide product information and recommendations to customers Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately Maintain a clean and well-organised store environment Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and store objectives Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and productive working environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service Attention to detail and the ability to work with efficiency and accuracy A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays A team player with the ability to work collaboratively
