Gold Shop Salesperson




10:30 AM - 9:30 PM,


5 days off per month


located in Chinatown





Customer Service & Sales:

Greet customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized recommendations for gold and jewelry items.

Product Knowledge:

Present and explain the features, value, and craftsmanship of different collections, answering any questions effectively.

Sales Target Achievement:

Actively guide customers through the purchasing process, close sales, and work towards achieving store sales targets.

Operations:

Assist with daily store operations, including packing, billing, and potentially managing inventory.

Client Relationship Building:

Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and create a positive customer experience.

Excellent Customer Service:

Providing warm, engaging, and professional interactions.

Sales & Communication:

Effectively communicating product benefits and closing sales.

Product Expertise:

A strong understanding of gold, jewelry craftsmanship, and current trends.
