Job Summary:



As a Sales Solution Specialist, your role is to understand customer needs and offer the right product or service solutions that solve their problems. You'll work closely with the sales and product teams to provide tailored solutions, support client decision-making, and help move deals forward.


Key Responsibilities:



Identify customer challenges and match them with the right solutions Deliver engaging product or service presentations and demos Assist sales teams with proposals, presentations, and follow-ups Support customers throughout the sales process by answering questions and offering guidance Gather client feedback and help improve products or services Stay informed about product updates and market trends Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
