We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Specialist and Client Manager

to join our team. This dual-role position is pivotal in driving business growth through IT contracting and staff augmentation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and delivery execution within the IT services industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development



Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT contracting and staff augmentation. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and market research. Develop go-to-market strategies and client-specific sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing models.

Client Management



Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Understand client needs and translate them into effective staffing solutions. Conduct regular business reviews and performance updates with clients. Negotiate contracts, terms, and service-level agreements.

Delivery & Execution



Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements. Monitor and manage the performance of deployed consultants and contractors. Resolve delivery issues and escalate concerns proactively to ensure client satisfaction. Track and report on delivery metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. 3-7 years of experience in IT staffing, contracting, or professional services sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends. Experience in managing end-to-end client relationships and delivery cycles.

Key Skills:



Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
