We are recruiting a Sales Specialist to focus on achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and acting as a wealth and financial product expert.
Key responsibilities
Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas and performance metrics.
Formulating and executing sales strategies tailored to drive product/service adoption.
Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and leads through cold calls, networking, and warm outreach.
Conducting market research and analysis to understand customer needs and competitor activity.
Building and maintaining strong, positive, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Developing and maintaining deep, comprehensive knowledge of the company's products, features, benefits, and overall value.
Conducting persuasive product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches to potential clients.
Negotiating sales contracts, payment terms, and packages with clients to close deals.
Preparing accurate quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sales follow-up.
Maintaining accurate, detailed records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, technical/product, operations) to align sales efforts and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Preparing and submitting regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and territory analyses to management.
Staying updated on relevant industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
