Work Location: Sungei Kadut, Singapore Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm Monthly Salary: up to $4500 + Allowance + Commission

Responsibility

Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by management. Represent the company as a specialist in the construction industry, building strong market presence. Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and potential clients in the construction market. Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver effective solutions. Evaluate and analyze the potential of new customers, providing comprehensive reports to management. Build and nurture a robust network with key industry stakeholders (developers, consultants, architects, contractors, etc.). Monitor on-site project progress and provide accurate material forecasts. Maintain regular communication with the leadership team regarding market trends, issues, and strategic opportunities. Negotiate terms and conditions with dealers and customers to ensure accountability for timely payments. Submit monthly sales reports and provide tailored solutions for customer inquiries. Offer training, support, and troubleshooting assistance to customers as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or related industry

Access to own vehicle for work-related travel Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
