JOB SUMMARYThis is a sales role in a dynamic, fast-paced and sales driven business unit. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate and motivated to strive for challenges and opportunities to immerse with global customers (not limited to Asia Pacific). The job requires a disciplined, hungry, numbers focused and customer facing sales person who can drive revenue through hunting for new accessories business projects to support our distributors vehicle sales. We need an energetic individual who can well independently and as part of team.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate between internal business units such as Country Area Operations/ Demand Supply Operations/ Product Planning/ Engineering and our Clients (Car Distributors):
  • Proactively providing accessories solutions to drive vehicle sales through Model Life Management
  • Navigate and identify key members and to establish and build relationships with the accounts assigned
  • Responsible of sales ownership (Pre Sales, Sales, After Sales) to achieve the assigned revenue targets
  • Lead generation through keeping regular customer contact with customers and serves as central point of sales contact
  • Prepare sales plan and implement the sales program and schedule to meet customer\'s vehicle sales launch
  • Prepare sales presentations to pitch new products/solutions by studying the market/vehicle trend in each countries
  • Create weekly/monthly forecast on account revenue vs. target management and end of month sales reports
  • Submit quotation based on customer request
  • Resolves customer complaints by problem solving and develop solutions and countermeasures recommendations.
  • Be part of the team to organize sales and marketing workshops to promote new products in the vehicle model life time
  • Contribute to the team performance and effort by accomplishing tasks as needed or assigned
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering/ Business discipline
  • Self-starter, motivated, good social skills, problem -solver, multi tasker and adaptive environment
  • Passion for cars & accessories, this is a sales driven role providing one stop solutions to our customers
  • Result oriented, Business Negotiation, Problem Solving, Sales & Marketing
  • Able to think independently providing creative solutions and respond flexibly to different business situations
  • Customer orientated, meticulous, team player and cheerful personality.
  • Independent, self- motivated and able to multi task to meet deadline
  • \xe2\x80\x98Can Do\xe2\x80\x99, \xe2\x80\x9cWin\xe2\x80\x9d, \xe2\x80\x98Self attitude\xe2\x80\x9d, looking for an ambitious person looking for progression with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good computer knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Strong in communication, coordination, interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Able travel to overseas on short notice as and when required
